Board of Directors meeting held on 02 May 2008 at the company headquarters, the Company decided to distribute dividends that are equal to minimum 25% of the distributable profit in cash or in the form of bonus shares to the shareholders, including 2007-year profits in line with the dividend policy set by the Company's Board of Directors. The amount of dividends to be distributed shall be proposed depending on national and global economic conditions and the Company's growth plan by the Board of Directors each year at the general meeting. |
