(1974 - Berlin) Ergün Güler, who holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Dokuz Eylül University and an MBA degree from Bilkent University, started his career at Vestel in 1999 as Finance Specialist and served as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Financial Affairs and Treasury between 2006 and 2012. Mr. Güler, who was appointed as the Corporate Risk & Treasury Coordinator at Zorlu Holding in May 2012, served as the General Manager responsible for Domestic Sales and Marketing at Vestel Ticaret AŞ from October 2012 to September 2023. Since September 1, 2023, Mr. Güler has been serving as the CEO of Vestel Group of Companies.

(1967 - Ankara) Cem Köksal graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University in 1988 and obtained a master’s degree at Bilkent University in 1990. Having served in the banking industry between 1990 and 2001, Mr. Köksal was appointed as Deputy General Manager at Denizbank in 1997. Cem Köksal joined Vestel as Chief Financial Officer in 2002. He currently serves as an Executive Committee Member at Vestel Group of Companies and as the Head of Financial Affairs Group at Zorlu Holding.

(1956 - Gaziantep) Necmi Kavuşturan graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University in 1979. He began his banking career at Isbank in 1979. He has held various managerial positions at Interbank between 1985 and 1997. Mr. Kavuşturan joined Denizbank in 1997 as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Management Services. He became the Head of Human Resources Group at Zorlu Holding in 2003. He has been serving as the Executive Committee Member at Vestel Group of Companies since 2005.

(1981- Mersin) Hasan Uğur graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 2004. He began his professional career at Vestel Beyaz Eşya as Design Engineer in the R&D Department of the Dishwasher Production Plant in 2005 and later served as the Mechanical Hydraulic System Design Supervisor and Senior Design Architect, respectively. Mr. Uğur served as an R&D Manager at the Refrigerator Plants from 2013 to 2019. He was the Deputy General Manager Responsible for the Refrigerator Plants from February 2019 to September 2023. Since September 1, 2023, Mr. Uğur has been serving as the General Manager of Vestel Beyaz Eşya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.

(1970 - Bitlis) Erdal Haspolat graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 1992. He started his career as System Design Engineer at Rocket Industry Department of Ankara Makine Kimya Endüstrisi Kurumu in 1992. Mr. Haspolat began to work in the R&D Department of Vestel Beyaz Eşya’s Refrigerator Factory in 1998 and served as the R&D Engineer and R&D Laboratory Responsible between 1998 and 2002. During this period, Erdal Haspolat also took part in the projects for the localization of imported components used in the production of air conditioners. Between 2002 and 2005, Mr. Haspolat served as the Quality Assurance Manager and R&D Manager for Vestel Beyaz Eşya’s new washing machine factory project. In 2005, he assumed the management of the dishwasher project, which was launched for the addition of dishwashers to Vestel Beyaz Eşya’s product line. Taking part in the production, quality, product design and related processes of the plant, he was involved in all the investment and design processes of the project together with his project team and was also in charge of the Dishwasher Plant until 2013. In 2013, he became the Manager of Vestel Beyaz Eşya’s two Refrigerator Plants. Mr. Haspolat was appointed as the General Manager of Vestel Beyaz Eşya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ in April 2015 and has been serving in this position since then.

(1963 - Alaşehir) Alp Dayı graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Dokuz Eylül University in 1985 and received a degree in Finance from the University of California, UC Berkeley in 2006. Mr. Dayı has served as a senior manager responsible for financial affairs at various industrial companies since 1987 and joined Vestel Group in 1999. He currently serves as the Financial Affairs General Manager at Vestel Group, being responsible for Vestel's both domestic and foreign subsidiaries.

(1976 - Izmir) Özgür Yılmaz graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 1998. Mr. Yılmaz worked on attack helicopters in the Turkish Armed Forces between 1998 and 2001. He started working at Vestel Beyaz Eşya as Washing Machine Design Engineer in 2002 and later served as the Chief Engineer for R&D Mechanical Design and R&D Manager, respectively. Mr. Özgür Yılmaz had been serving as the Deputy General Manager for the Washing Machine Plant since 2012 and was also responsible for the new Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer Plant, which came onstream in 2018. Mr. Özgür Yılmaz was appointed as the Deputy General Manager Responsible
for the Purchasing Department as of January 1, 2020.

(1982 – İzmir) Serkan Balcı graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Dokuz Eylül University in 2004. He began his professional career at Vestel Beyaz Eşya as Laboratory Engineer in the R&D Department at the Washing Machine Production Plant in 2006 and later served as the R&D Laboratory Supervisor, Senior Design Architect and R&D Manager, respectively. Mr. Balcı, who was appointed as the Deputy General Manager Responsible for the Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer Plants as of January 1, 2020, continues to serve as the Deputy General Manager Responsible for the Washing Machine Plants from September 1, 2020 due to an organizational change.

(1981 – İzmir) Özgün Döşemeciler graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Ege University in 2005. He began his professional career at Vestel Beyaz Eşya as Design Engineer in the R&D Department at the Washing Machine Production Plant in 2006 and later served as the R&D Osculating Group Mechanical Design Supervisor, Senior Design Architect and R&D Manager at the Tumble Dryer Plant, respectively. Mr. Döşemeciler has been working as the Deputy General Manager Responsible for Tumble Dryer Plant since 2020 and was appointed as the Deputy General Manager Responsible for Dishwasher Plant as of November 1, 2022.

(1978 - Diyarbakır) Mehmet Yavuz graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 2002. He worked as Quality Assurance Officer at Aykim Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ during 2002-2004. Mr. Yavuz joined Vestel Beyaz Eşya in 2004 and assumed various responsibilities in the Company’s Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Refrigerator plants. Mr. Yavuz, who has been serving as the Acting Deputy General Manager for the Cooking Appliances Plant from October 2017, has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager as of February 2018.

(1982-Mersin) Hasan Emrah Şafak graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Ege University in 2004. He began his professional career at Vestel Beyaz Eşya as Design Engineer in R&D Department at the Refrigerator Plant in 2005 and later served as the R&D Acoustic Laboratory Supervisor, Senior Design Architect and Quality Assurance Manager, respectively. Mr. Şafak has been working as an R&D Manager at the Refrigerator Plants since 2019 and has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager Responsible for the Tumble Dryer Plant as of November 1, 2022.

(1981 - İzmir) Turgay Büyük graduated from the Department of Electric and Electronic Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 2004. He started working at Vestel Beyaz Eşya as a Laboratory Engineer in the Dishwasher R&D Department in 2005. After that, Mr. Büyük served as R&D Laboratory Group Supervisor and Senior Design Architect, respectively. Mr. Büyük, who has has been serving as Technology Development Manager since 2016, has been appointed as Deputy General Manager Responsible for Central R&D as of September 1, 2020.
